Industry and RCITO: Working together to improve training

RCITO is the Industry Training Organization for the residential construction industry in British Columbia, approved by the Industry Training Authority under the Industry Training Authority Act. We partner with industry to jointly develop and coordinate the delivery of innovative programs that meet residential construction needs. Through our programs, we provide new pathways for all workers to advance within the industry. The result is a marketable and accredited workforce with current knowledge and skills. Apprentices who complete our programs receive a provincially recognized Certificate of Qualification that they can use to advance into other programs and specialty areas.
