Residential Construction Industry Training Organization Mandate

RCITO identifies, promotes, develops, coordinates and manages delivery of industry training programs in British Columbia’s residential construction sector.

We define industry training needs, establish training and occupational standards, measure results, and work directly with other construction organizations, public, private and K-12 training providers to respond to the needs of trainees, workers and employers.

Vision

Our vision is to build an integrated and sustainable training system that effectively matches the supply of and demand for skilled workers, and supports new home building and renovation growth.
