
Residential Building Maintenance Worker
What does this program give me?
The Residential Building Maintenance Worker Program gives you the skills, training, and knowledge you need to safely maintain and repair all kinds of residential buildings (single family unit, multi-unit, high rise) including minor carpentry, drywall, electrical, flooring, painting, plumbing, refrigeration, mechanical and roofing repairs, maintenance, installation, inspection, testing and troubleshooting according to BC Safety Authority standards.
